  • Pfizer covid vaccines for ages 12 & up are available at our Poplar location.
  • All three locations offer Pfizer vaccine ages 12 years and up.
  • No appointment needed, you can walk-in for these services anytime from 9am- 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri
  • Bring your photo ID and active insurance card
  • If you have any questions, please call our office at 901-685-9999.
  • The Farmington and Poplar office offers Pfizer vaccines 10am-2pm on Saturdays
