The Shot Nurse Immunization and Wellness Service was established in 1995 by Kimberly Cole Gray, RN, BSN who saw the need for providing fast & convenient immunization and wellness services to the community. Today, The Shot Nurse serves businesses, churches, schools, and individuals for their immunization and wellness needs with a personal touch!

Our Medical Director Joseph Eugene Holley MD has over 30 years' experience and lends his expertise and direction to the wellness services provided by TSN's staff. Dr. Holley is the State EMS Medical Director for Tennessee, as well as the Medical Director for Memphis and Shelby County Fire Departments and Tennessee Task Force One: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team. He has been deployed to such events as 9/11 at the Pentagon, Hurricanes Katrina, Gustav, and Ike, among many others. Due to this extensive experience, he now is the Medical Unit Leader for FEMA's Incident Support Team. Our management team of talented professionals includes Deborah Overall, RN who, in 2002, became Vice president and Chief Financial Officer. First joining the team in 2005, Laurie Rich RN, is the Director of Nursing and General Manager overseeing the staff of our walk-in locations and outcall services. Joining the team in 2019, Casey Pano, RN is the office manager of the Poplar branch as well as the manager of our Testosterone Replacement Program. Andrea Shack LPN joined the team in 2015 and is the manager of our Germantown office. The newest addition to our management team is Brittney Owen who is the Office Manager at our Cordova location.

The Shot Nurse has 3 convenient locations with front door parking and no waiting, our team of specialists provides services that prevent disease and improve one's quality of life. With no appointment necessary.

For groups of 10 or more, The Shot Nurse can come to you! Our goal is to provide vaccinations and wellness services to companies, civic groups, schools, colleges, government agencies and churches. These services include immunizations, wellness programs, blood testing, monthly Vitamin B12 shots, Tb skin testing and on-site drug screenings with instant results.
