The Drugscan 10-Panel Test

Our Drugscan 10 Test detects 10 classes of drugs: 

• Marijuana
• Opiates
• Benzodiazepines
• Amphetamines

• Cocaine
• PCP
• Barbiturates
• Ecstasy
• Methadone

After completion of the test, the employer is provided a report for documentation in the employee’s file. If the test result is positive, the sample is sent to a certified lab for verification. An additional cost of $60 will be charged for lab verification.

Types of Drug Testing We Can Help With

Pre-Employment Drug Screening

Pre-employment testing can occur at several points in the hiring process: as part of the application process before an offer of employment is made, after an offer has been extended but before the individual begins work (a conditional offer of employment), or shortly after the individual starts, with continued employment contingent on passing the required test.

Random Drug Testing

Random testing involves employees selected on a neutral-selection basis without advance notice. This also includes testing of all employees within a company or a particular division when the date and time of testing are unannounced and randomly selected.

For-Cause Drug Testing

For-cause testing is synonymous with probable cause and reasonable suspicion testing. The cause required is typically an objective, factual, individualized basis for testing, such as when an employee’s behavior or physical appearance suggests drug use, or when there are other indications of a violation of the company’s substance-abuse prevention policy.

Periodically Announced Testing

This testing occurs when employees are given advance notice of the date and time that testing will take place. It is often conducted as part of a regularly scheduled employment physical or fitness-for-duty medical examination.

Post-Accident Testing

Post-accident testing applies to an employee involved in an on-the-job accident, vehicle or otherwise, that may have involved human error and that results in a fatality, a serious injury, or significant property damage.

Rehabilitation Monitoring

Rehabilitation monitoring testing occurs during an employee’s participation in a rehabilitation program and/or upon the employee’s return to work.

Safety-Sensitive Responsibilities

This testing applies to employees whose job responsibilities are safety-sensitive in nature.
