The Shot Nurse is an Immunization & Wellness Service In Memphis, TN.
Our Medical Director Joseph Eugene Holley MD has over 30 years’ experience and lends his expertise and direction to the wellness services provided by TSN’s staff.
Dr. Holley is the State EMS Medical Director for Tennessee, as well as the Medical Director for Memphis and Shelby County Fire Departments and Tennessee Task Force One: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team.
Dr. Holley has been deployed to such events as 9/11 at the Pentagon, Hurricanes Katrina, Gustav, and Ike, among many others. Due to this extensive experience, he now is the Medical Unit Leader for FEMA’s Incident Support Team. He was voted Top Doc. in Best Doctors by Memphis Flyer.

Walk-in service is available at our three conveniently located Mid-South offices with front door parking and no waiting!
